As a younger Citizen, you should only do two types of exercise — Martial Arts and Walking. If you really want to boost your Athleticism in BitLife, make sure to do these exercises once per year. When you go for a walk, do a Speed Walk for at least 2 hours. When you turn 12, you will be able to go to the Gym in BitLife. Notably, working out in a GYM required a lot of money. So, make sure you have enough money to get enrolled in a GYM. If you do these things properly, your Athleticism will be increased significantly.
